The purpose of this assessment is to qualify your computer for the TeleTech WorkBooth Software. The process is automated, and will be performed by a downloaded program that will check your computer's hardware. At the end, you'll receive an e-mail confirming your computer as capable of running the necessary software. Please follow these instructions.

• Download and run the hardware analyzer
• Upload the results of the analysis
• Enter your HirePointId, Name, and E-mail Address
• Check your ISP information
• Receive confirmation on your computer's ability to run the WorkBooth software
• Enter your mailing address to mail you the TeleTech WorkBooth Software
